Postage/Returns/Payment

Returns Policy:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then take a look and contact you asap, if the item is faulty we will replace or refund you. If it is a mistaken purchase we will refund you minus our postage costs.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

We post with Australia Post and have all of our postage calculated automatically. This means you don’t pay any more than you have to, and if you buy multiple items your postage weight and size is combined; this gives you much cheaper postage!
