The Pure Tone Black Widow is a versatile medium output humbucker.

The sound of this pickup can slice through heavy processing where darker sounding pickups get muddied in effects.

The pickups feature Alnico-5 magnets and high tension copper windings.

Standard size means the pickup will fit in nearly all humbucker slots and suits nearly all surrounds.

This humbucker is great for building on - it matches well with single coils, it doesn't drown out other pickups and it is coil switchable for those who want more flexability from their pickups.

These pickups are setup in the humbucking configuration but can be easily set up for coil splitting.

Humbucking: We have pre-soldered the wires in the humbucking configuration - all you need to do is attach the remaining wires.

Coil Splitting: Just cut our pre-soldered join and you have split the coils. - You can now switch and combine coils as long as you have the right switch to do so (we sell these too!).
